A Bag with Attitude

H05AS7_wear_zoom.jpg I don't think that i'll ever fall for the charm of luxe, monogrammed bags. While Chanel and Coach have an elegant simplicity to them, its an elegant simplicity I don't want to blow a bundle on. I was never one to spend for a logo...I will buy Chanel if the detailing is particularly exquisite but I will not buy just because the logo is slapped on every square inch of it.

What I adore are slightly quirky bags fro Kate Spade, Juicy Couture, and now (my latest discovery) Tarina Tarantino. Their Queen Alice handbag makes a strong statement...to carry this bag, one must have the proper "c'est la vie" attitude and the equally chic black cocktail dress to go with it.

So leave the monogrammed wonders to those who hide behind huge, dark sunglasses and bodyguards. If you choose bags like the Queen Alice, you were meant to sashay through life with much aplomb.
