Gearing Up for the Oscars In Style

It's almost 1 week before the Academy Awards.

Do you know where you party is?

First, I suggest you send out an invitation. You can do this quickly and easily through my new favorite website, My Punch Bowl. I like small parties with a few close friends and no pretenses.

Then you need to plan your menu. Because you'll most likely be distracted by the glitter and glamour of the folks walking the red carpet, I suggest finger foods. My friends like to make a couple of frozen pizzas and cut them into small-ish pieces. Serve this with a veggie platter, and perhaps something sweet (brownies or cookies), and you have your bases covered.
