Hollaback Girl, et al.

I've never, ever heard of this award show before, but I saw this picture of Gwen Stefani looking so marvelous that I had to bring it to your attention.

The hair is beautiful and soft and works perfectly with her makeup; and I'm absolutely loving her take on the "little black dress."

And also, if it's not too late, I'd like to cast my vote for the Best Dressed at the Golden Globe Awards, which Anne already covered so well.

Here she is, Miss America Ferrera:

The dress is the perfect color for her skin tone. I mean, it's so perfect it hurts on the inside a little bit. And her hair is formal but "wind swept" and very "Oh, gosh, I won an award." The ensemble makes me want to be her best friend and hang out with her stylist.
