Preppy Style This, Pretty Vest That.

I'm definitely one for the 'preppy ' look -- inspired by the people at Gossip Girl, I had a chance to find everything that I needed to wear and put together this look at Forever 21, as well as in Urban Behavior. If you have a chance to check it out, you should. They have great cardigans for as low as $16.99, and skirts for $20.
