Pretty Fly

This is uncanny. I found what seems to be the twin of this trouser from Cynthia Vincent in one of my (offline) shopping jaunts a few weeks ago and- lo and behold- here it is on Shopbop. I’ve always been a fan of wide-leg trousers for office wear but I think what makes this particular one stand out is its 5-button fly. Corporate clothes are- lets face it- boring so you have to rely on these tiny details as not to look like you’re in uniform. The long row of tiny buttons adds a kitschy yet stylish flair to any outfit. It will work best with a blouse or vest that ends just on the waistline.
