Romance Meets Style, Part II

I must admit that I was very surprised to find out that Juicy Couture offered stationary sets. Its not everyday that Juicy- which is famous for being at the forefront of hot hot trends (such as the plush velvet jogging pants of 2005)- revives something so quaint and old-fashioned such as stationary. Yes, in this age of email, sms, and instant messaging, letter-writing has become a lost art. Its really too bad because there's nothing like receving a handwritten love letter. Aside from the "old romance" factor, it implies that the sender spent considerable time mulling over things so that his/her thoughts came out poetic, perfect. So this Valentines, skip the Hallmark card or, worse, the e-card (ugh). Take a cue from Juicy and send a letter.
