My friends and I, when we were much younger, always enjoyed a good slumber party. There would be the good finger food available round the clock, much gossip, and much talk on clothes and make-up. Almost everything I know about cosmetics and dressing up came out of a sleepover. My mom was also an influence but there's nothing like learning about whats trendy in fashion now than from your girl friends.
Now fast forward to several years later. All-nighter study sessions and after party gab fests have replaced slumber parties. Buttered popcorn and other munchies are bypassed in favor of healthier food with lower calories. Talk, which is no less enjoyable, has matured. And how about make-up and clothing sessions? Can any girl really be too old for that? I recently discovered what wonders white eyeliner can do. One of my best friends, Sekki, took one look at my sleep-deprived self (after a recent sleepover) as we were preparing to leave for brunch and suggested white eyeliner. Apparently, drawing a fine line on the eyelids and smudging it a bit for a softer look makes one's eyes pop...they look brighter, fresher, and more awake. So now im passing on some slumer party wisdom to you: white eyeliner works best for tired-looking eyes. I highly recommend the one from The Face Shop.

Can you tell me we I can buy products from TheFaceShop? In Canada, they seem to have store in British Columbia only. Online order is not available neither (as far as I see). Many thanks
